A serious course covers the 13 subjects of that material — from the Statutes to the Agent Regulations — and trains the real format: 20 questions, 60 minutes, 15 correct to pass.
There is no official FIFA course — and that changes how you study
FIFA runs the exam, publishes the study materials and states that it neither organises nor endorses any preparation course. Every FIFA agent course, ours included, is a private initiative that reorganises that official material to make it easier to study.
In practice, FIFA's study material is the course syllabus. A course that teaches 'how to be an agent' — negotiation, career, contacts — instead of drilling the content of that material prepares you for something else, not for the exam.
The 13 subjects the exam covers
Exam questions come from the official study material: FIFA statutes, regulations, codes and guides. At AgentPro Academy that material is organised into 13 subjects. It is our classification, not an official FIFA list — but it is the same material.
The Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP), the Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) and the Guardians guides account for most of the practice questions. The Statutes, the Disciplinary Code and the Code of Ethics come next.

The exam format a course has to train
20 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes, 15 correct to pass, open book — but only the official documents inside the exam interface, no notes, no search engine. The exam is online, remotely proctored, with two devices.
Open book does not mean easy: at three minutes a question, if you don't know which article holds the answer you have no time to look for it. The pass rate fell from 52% in 2023 to 18% in 2025. A course that merely summarises the regulations is not enough; you need to train on questions that point to the source article of every answer.
